Priority One Staffing offers a variety of staffing services for you to choose from based on the current needs of your company. Candidates for all positions are pre-screened and tested so that you will receive the highest quality employee. Listed below are brief descriptions of our staffing options. Please contact your Priority One representative if you have any further questions.

Direct Placement:
The candidate of your choosing is placed immediately onto your payroll. With this option, Priority One Staffing offers a 90-day guarantee. If within 90 days, our candidate proves to be unsatisfactory, we will replace the candidate at no charge. To take advantage of this guarantee, the fee must be paid in full within 10 business days of the candidate’s start date.

Temporary to Hire:
The supplemental employee will be placed on Priority One’s payroll while he/she works at your company. He/She will be eligible for Priority One’s full benefit package, including health insurance, computer training, and paid time off. If our employee proves to be satisfactory, he/she will be able to transfer to your payroll with no additional fees after their completion of the 520 hour assignment with your company. Priority One Staffing will offer a 520-hour replacement guarantee with this option.

Temporary:
The supplemental employee will be placed on Priority One’s payroll. He/She will be eligible for Priority One’s full benefit package during this time. Our employee will work with your company for a length of time that you determine. Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee* covers all temporary assignments.

Payrolling:
The supplemental employee will be placed on Priority One’s payroll. He/She will be someone that your company found on their own, and would like us to payroll them until you decide you would like to bring them on permanently to your company’s payroll. We will negotiate a reduced mark up for payrolled employees.

Buyout:
You may use this option when a Priority One employee proves to be satisfactory, and you want to transfer the employee to your payroll before the completion of the 520-hour assignment with your company. Priority One does not offer a guarantee with this option.

Insurance Coverage:
Priority One Staffing provides insurance for our temporary employees through a third party carrier. Employees are eligible for our discounted insurance coverage from the first day of employement.

Recognition Awards:
Priority One Staffing believes in rewarding a job well done. We recognize those employees with an employee of the month award and other special attendance programs.

Referral Bonuses:
After working for Priority One Staffing, you’ll want to refer your family and friends! When both of you have worked over 100 hours, you’ll receive a bonus for sending us good employees!

Holiday Pay:
After 1500 hours of working with Priority One Staffing, you become eligible for six paid holidays. You must work all other required hours for the week, including the day before and the day after the holiday. The six holidays are as follows: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

Vacation Pay:
After 1800 hours of working with Priority One Staffing, you become eligible for one week of vacation pay. Your averaged earned hourly pay will determine the rate of pay for your vacation. You must work the day before and after your vacation in order to receive. Hours are based on the calendar year.
