Duties:
An employee benefits consulting company located in Atlanta, GA area. They help large employers communicate and explain employee benefit choices to employees. This year they will help more than 100,000 employees become better consumers of their own healthcare and benefits through practical, easy to understand educational solutions. We are looking for another experienced, motivated and creative professional to join our firm.
The BENEFIT COUNSELOR is seasoned professional who can help guide employees through the many benefit options they are presented with as a new employee of an organization. This individual is often the first impression an employer gives of the company’s employee benefits program. Key aspects of the role include:
Ability to develop relationship with employee quickly by demonstrating your knowledge of their benefit options
Ability to clearly communicate options and recommendations with respect to benefits
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, team environment
You must have a solid understanding of Human Resources and Employee Benefits and understand the importance of those programs to large, progressive companies. You must be a skilled communicator, energetic, accountable and passionate about delivering a positive experience for our clients. While we seek a professional with experience in the Employee Benefits industry, we are receptive to candidates from other industries when you have a track record of project work and related experiences.
